Shift Supervisor
Shift Supervisor Requirements:
- Must have strong knowledge of all roles within the 29/41 and Andiamo Presto food operation
- Must be able to coach, teach, and motivate crew to execute all policies and procedures
- Must be able to positively interact with all guests
- Knows and understands the Mission Statement and Core Values
- Greets all guests in a friendly manner and assists in the creation of guests’ meals
- Strong knowledge of products and offerings
- Able to clean, organize, and stock station on regular basis throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards both on the line and in the dining room
- Able to help with cleaning and storage of utensils and dishes in the back of house
- Must be team oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and management
- Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
- Will be required to use POS system and accurately handle payment from guests
- Will be required to open or close store at times ensuring the shift is set up for success and the customers receive an excellent experience
- Must be able to settle proceeds nightly and accurately perform closing checklists
